Regulations for the stay of patients with the NFZ
The management of the Health and Relaxation Center “VERANO” will appreciate your compliance with these regulations, which are designed to ensure the tranquility, safety, and comfort of all our guests during their stay.
The stay in the sanatorium is based on a referral for spa treatment reimbursed by NFZ.
The sanatorium session begins on the first day at 14:00 and ends at 12:00 on the last day of the session.
In the case of arriving at the sanatorium one day earlier or wishing to stay one day longer than stated in the referral, the patient can receive, based on available vacancies, a paid accommodation.
All formalities related to registration at the sanatorium and billing for the stay should be handled at the reception of the center.
To ensure efficient organization of treatment, it is crucial to arrive on time for treatments. This is a condition for the performance of the planned procedure on that day.
The patient is materially liable for the equipment in the room they occupy.
Any damages or destruction of the room's furnishings and technical devices should be reported immediately upon discovery at the center’s reception. Failure to report such damage means no defects were present upon entering.
Valuables should be deposited at the depository located at the reception. The management of the center is not responsible for valuables that are not deposited.
Patients are expected to maintain sobriety during their stay.
Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is prohibited on the center's premises. If this prohibition is violated in a hotel room, the guest occupying such a room will be charged 500 PLN (the cost of neutralizing the smell of tobacco, thorough cleaning of the room including carpet cleaning, upholstery, curtains, etc.).
When leaving the room and going outside, guests should check the closure of doors and windows and leave the key at the reception. Do not leave bags, wallets, and documents in the hallway near the entrance doors. Lock the entrance door while sleeping, staying on the balcony, or in the bathroom.
Please comply with fire and order ordinances. Before leaving the room, please turn off the light, close the windows, and turn off the taps. Using heaters, electric stoves, personal electric kettles, etc., in rooms is prohibited. Each floor has a publicly accessible electric kettle available for patients. It is forbidden to take dishes and tableware from the dining room to the rooms.
Patients can request to shorten their stay at the sanatorium only for valid and documented emergency reasons. In such a case, the intention to leave early should be reported to the nursing station one day in advance. The rules for granting passes and related costs are contained in administrative regulation No. 01/2024 of 01.01.2024, available at the center reception.
Discharges from the sanatorium occur according to the date specified in the referral, except for discharge at request (e.g., due to an emergency). Discharges are issued at the nursing station on the last day of the session.
Failure to comply with the regulations may lead to the patient's right to remain in the sanatorium being revoked. The center may refuse to accept a guest who has grossly violated the regulations or the rules of social coexistence during a previous stay.
Any manifestations of aggression toward the patients, staff, or individuals present in the sanatorium are prohibited under the threat of immediate and punitive discharge of the patient from treatment and their stay at the sanatorium.
Patients are obliged to follow the recommendations of the sanatorium staff, including management and medical personnel.
Patients are required to adhere to these regulations as well as those of the swimming pool, fitness room, strength training room, treatment base, and the regulations for the use of the dry sauna in the Verano brine pool, as well as other applicable regulations available at the reception and in the respective rooms.
Failure to comply with the regulations, as well as gross violations of the rules of social coexistence, may lead to the patient's right to remain in the sanatorium being revoked. The center may refuse to accept a guest who has grossly violated the regulations or the rules of social coexistence during a previous stay.
