Provision of the service covered by the voucher is only possible by prior booking and is subject to availability. The voucher is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Voucher can only be used within the validity period (12 months) Payment for additional services should be made on site in cash or by credit card. The voucher has no monetary value and must be presented in its original form at the hotel reception on arrival.
